I would like to introduce you one of my favorite works: Tools And Other Works. I created it by color pencils because I always enjoy using pencils to do any job. As you can see, there are four objects on the drawing: a dividers, a plant, a letter β and a piece of work, showing the innate structure of eyes and floaters in eyes. Actually, I created this drawing because I was inspired by Renaissance and Leonardo da Vinci, a genius during 16^th century.

Particularly absorbed in the history of Renaissance in Grade Ten, I realized that people in Italy started to combine science and art in the beginning of 15^th century and new spirit, namely the right to self-create and self-appreciate life, was born. This is my background. Now let’s turn to the drawing.

The letter β represents not only the advance of printing in 15^th century in Germany, but also the explosive spread of knowledge and methods about how to deal with natural science. Personally, I was greatly surprised and attracted by the first sight on a photograph of a page from Gutenberg Bible. Similarly, the paper and the dividers also show that anatomy became more and more important at that time, for the reason indicated by the plant. I idealize the image of the plant to give it the connotation in not only the field of botany but also of decoration. Plant, on one hand, was a subject which was easy to study because of its relative stability. On the other hand, different kinds of plants also inspired many architects to design the decorations of significant public facilities. In addition, in support of the development of art, most artists were also anatomists in Renaissance. They got (in some cases, stole) the bodies and dissected them in order to gain the first-hand information about human body. Correspondingly, you can see an imagination for the dissection and analyses about eyes showing on the brown paper. Since you have already been familiar with the subjects on the drawing, I also want to tell you my feeling about the overall impression by presenting them together. Having completed the drawing, I started to view it for some emotions. At the first sight, I felt a little weird because these subjects were seemingly independent. However, once I had realized their essential relationship (as mentioned above), I felt an influx of intricacy and novelty in my mind. And I knew that my original goal, namely to evoke a sense of deep history by conveying a set of specific subjects, had reached.

I have to first use the similar sentence structure from my favorite writer Edgar Allan Poe because that’s the truth. It is special, really, for one thing, I will not attend the last two semesters in our Red Buildings. What’s more, more pressure and tasks are waiting for me to kill with the following exams but I’m a little bit afraid or to be more accurate, weird. I mean I feel weird because I suddenly found yesterday after I had gained a new relationship with a, a good guy, that old friends seemed to be away. I don’t know whether they would alienate me one day, or the time. Maybe I’m being a little bit serious or nostalgia but meanwhile I don’t want it to be true either. I am proud because I am still maintaining a good friendship with… with, eh, one of my mates since primary school and actually, he has achieved a lot and won the trust from our teacher by his industriousness and charm. Okay, that’s just my point of view. But I can see that he’s changing, too. Maybe 5 or 6 years ago, he ever called himself the “King of math” just because every time he earned high grades in math! I disdained his pride, to tell you the truth. However, I think I wish to cherish it NOW! I admit that I was also somehow enjoying his pride at that time. His confidence about math and maybe his leadership has greatly been into a power to change his personality. That’s strong. In addition to the influence from the rigid doctrines “implanted by” our teacher, he is totally able to become a strong, perfect man, at least in our class’s eye. But that reminds me of a phrase from Black Adder: underlying a boyish heart. He also had a boyish… maybe a boyish attitude toward his life minus his academic one. And that’s what I wish to cherish. Actually, it enriches my experience with him. A vivid impression is always welcome anyway.

The situation today and its final result must remind me of the lyrics in the Blackadder: Back and Forth: “What a pity!” by Nancy.

Although I have been informed of today’s weather from China Voice, it struck me until the total darkness of the eclipse. Most of people around me say that it’s so rare that it is impossible to appreciate such a majestic scene again until AD 2309. Things seemed a fixed fate since the very beginning of the day. When I got up at 6:50, the cloud had covered the sky and totally wiped out my hope that it would be a sunny day. Then, about at 8:15, the rain unfortunately began! And it was incredibly heavy! What a day! I was then absolutely down even though I heard from the local TV station that it WOULD be sunny at 9:30, namely the culmination of the eclipse. But it was wrong, with nothing changed until 9:35, the total darkness of the eclipse. Surprisingly, I could feel the difference, though little, between the darkness at that time and the true night in the moist air yet that was all thinking, not feeling physically.

My father got me a pair of glass for this eclipse but it didn’t work now. When I put it on my nose, excuse me, I could hardly see anything but the reflection image from back. And the only experience I ever conducted was to see the light above me in the ceiling and it was cool. All the detailed shining strips and color area are different and perfectly controlled.

By the way, I wanted to tell my mom maybe I can wait for three hundred years and my mom said that I could try.

After several boring days without my dearest Windows Live Space, it’s their high time to announce that Microsoft’s product is always excellent.

Windows Bing, a new name but with familiar functions, tying to lots of by-products such as spaces, is trying to challenge the supremacy at least in China. We can anticipate that their triumph is sooner or later. By the time passing, lots of new fancy functions have been amazingly added while search engines in China are still using the most lacking-body technologies and haven’t been aware that they are making the most horrible lag ever. Since the release of Bing (though our government is too stupid to accept it), I have the ample reasons that a new era has begun and it’s our time to revise the Baroque style, isn’t it? Yes, the fancy and elaborate background pictures provided by Bing is attractive enough to congregate hundreds of thousands of fans and probably I’m one among them. What will be the next surprise? It’s clear that Microsoft has the ambition to bump up against Google, Yahoo and so on and they are really doing a thing!

What I only hope is that our government can try their best to accept and introduce this great machine into China and stop their illusion that Baidu, Sina and other websites can defeat the exotic charging wave. I know the process is painful but just to think about the consequences! Our websites are famous for the indecent ads, endless propaganda about some political and economical ideas and redundant, boring “points system”. These elements can be a good way to make money but they are limited to do this merely and there’s nothing beyond them. Culture? No way! Since these websites are attacking and absorbing our lives more and more severely, it is extremely necessary to stop their greediness and that’s our very responsibility to embrace Bing!

It seems that I have gradually forgotten something recently which is so crucial for recreation that I cannot lose them. Maybe they can return some day while I still need further reading on the topics by dear Doctor Barbara and her knowledgeable mate.

God, I’ve been totally overwhelmed by the shrewdness from my fellows. (see what happened right) I just cannot come up with the reason why the founder wants to do so right after his graduation. It just cannot be believed that it has become so influential and important for the teen notches in my country. Oh, shame! I could switch to Facebook.

I haven’t been aware of this fact that it is difficult for me to search “Honeysuckle” online since I considered that it would be convenient for a little info about Renaissance. I totally admire the patterns carved, painted or pressed on each respective platform for its elegance and the quality which can ever last. Fortunately, it determined the final goal for my works.

Oh, one important issue nearly forgotten. A great search engine developed by Microsoft will be released after June in 2009, called Kumo(A lovely but annoying name because it is from Japanese). Maybe kumo will bump against Baidu, Sina and other second-rated search engines in China soon and finally win the match.

Actually, what I have to confess is, uh… it’s my first time using Live Writer on Vista. It’s a totally new experience and it’s relatively amazing.

Since The Sims 3 will release in June, 2009, there’s an interesting thing I wish to share with you, that for those lovable developers, they always to use magic as the end of the series. What I mean, as they have said in the decoration in the Sims 2, the number 3 is meaning another magic.

I recently have to reorganize my sporadic memories because, uh… though it’s a little bit to say, because I really have to prepare for my toefl test now. Actually, it’s my first experience and hopefully, I really wish it could be an enjoyable one.(laugh)

Let me see what to write else… Oh! It is also worth celebrating that there are going to be 1000 times for which people have visited my site! It’s fantastic! What’s more, uh…, sincerely I have many words else to say but it shouldn’t be too suitable to talk about aliens.

When I have seen the documentary  from History Channel, I am totally astonished because there’re so many sites which are archeologically and scientifically unexplained! And what I can say is that there must be at least one of them which are made or assisted by extraterrestrial forces or beings. Despite the facts in Nazca that lines are well arranged and perfectly reserved, the results by scientists are inspiring and attractive. Because they don’t conclude anything. I think they are just holding a prudent viewpoint in order to avoid the questioning outside the field if they draw the conclusion that they are artificial but made by aliens.

Excuse me but I just cannot believe that I haven’t refreshed my blog for more than 2 months either! Now let’s talk about something interesting.

For the first event, I have found the most interesting and funny and playable PC game! Its name is Grand Ages: Rome. I think this historic city-building simulation is the best as far as I come across. Now can you imagine what features it have? Yes, definitely you can! With a mixture of large maps with vivid texture, a great number of carefully designed building models and more than 10 kinds of different needs and characteristics which you can personalize, you can now build up the most powerful empire that has ever existed on Earth. From my personal experience, this game really brings the precious and previous feelings which I have ever hold 2 years ago when the first generation namely Glory of Rome was published. I have to confess that when I enter into this lovely game, time just flies.

The second event I want to tell you is maybe I will publish my uncompleted poem onto this blog someday but it is still uncertain for some reasons. But I will promise that I am still going to maintain this blog until the end and I think it will be great experience to visit my blog after getting so much creative info… Hope you will.

It is a really great pleasure to celebrate a totally new year and to drop 2008 in history. There were so many happy incidents and bad things in 2008 which completely changed our moods and ways to measure the world. The snowstorm occurred in early Feb. in 2008, the severe railway accident in Jiaoji, the strong earthquake in Sichuan Province and of course, Olympic Games in Aug. We sometimes consider that the current ability of government will slowly but deeply affects the future conditions of a nation. 2008 is just a year for many severe and horrible symptoms to erupt and I hope it won’t be just a beginning.

To talk something encouraging, I have to mention there will be a big PC game release in Jun. 2009 which is for The Sims 3^TM! I do really consider the Sims 3^TM an excellent and expectable PC game for the series of the Sims 1,2^TM have won a perfect fame and also a well profit. The characters in this game and be totally designed freely just as you want and you will not worry that your dream star won’t be true. With thousands of customized stuff and little decorations, the background and the whole atmosphere are just a success and a paradise only when you are crazy about simulation game like me.

Now it’s a time for determining New Year resolutions. Ironically, it is always a mistake for me to do this because 9 out of 10 resolutions waned before the end of Feb. and the last one is to keep these resolutions for a year. However, please allow me to promise here, that in the year of 2009, with a 60-year-old anniversary for my motherland, I will keep learning English much better and harder to make an advanced progress in the near future. Incessant practice, large vocabulary building and few grammatical mistakes, these are predictable difficult goal but I will try and may they come true.

Francis Bacon was born in 1562, London. His childhood was as happy and prosperous as his fame for he had a famous and wealthy father, Nicola Bacon. His mother was also a talented and gifted woman with an identity of the aunt of the minister for Treasure Department. Bacon was sent to Trinity College when he was 12 and he already hated the scholasticism deeply. However, it was his time in Trinity College was he given the wonderful sense of logic and knowledge and he was proud that he would be an encyclopedia at any time he wanted.

He devoted his life to science methods and philosophy though what he wanted was to know and use all the knowledge, doctrines and methods for deduction which was his greatest contribution regarded from “The New Organon”.  It was vain to knock off the obstinate method from Aristotle using Aristotelian methods just like to reflect a bunch of light by a mirror to make it brighter. The lectures given by him were always successes and what the audience had to worry about was when he would end his speech for it was so attractive and persuasive that every one was quiet the moment when Bacon was delivering a syllable.

He was a devout Christian as he would not believe anyone who kept his belief that there was no god in the world. His collection “Essays” has also maintained his exclamations that all pagans would have the last scene the same as a dishonest Jewish merchant. The discrimination upon Jews were widely spread and even Shakespeare couldn’t raise his sympathy. I like his rich abundance of literature and philosophic knowledge for it was his time as a tree to be fruitful when he was in his 50s and 60s. He shared his interests and concentrations about Cicero, Seneca and Tacitus with his European fellows and colleagues when Renaissance would be passing and the Revolution hadn’t been so soon that it would emerge so fiercely.

The comments on Bacon are invariably various, for his contribution and his personal qualities about parties and the luxurious wedding reception conspire a collision. He was lavish when on public occasions while simple when at home. He also had a period of time while he hadn’t found a job so he had to write to his famous relatives in an extremely slavish voice. However, it would not the obstacle which would have stopped him from the perpetual prosperity and great popularity. 

Happiness is a difficult result to achieve while it is easy to experience. Happiness can be obtained in many ways. It may come from an exciting but expected success or from an important change for something you are dreaming about. It will be a pity that I will still repeat the fact that the high mark is such happiness for students. Generally, it will not be ignored that all happiness is in return of their owners’ hard work.

Psychologically, the feelings from success can be all considered as something chemical. However, we will not hesitate to act immediately if we know happiness can change our mood and keep us healthy. The stories which can prove the point above are countless. Your happiness can also affect others correspondingly if you are seeking popularity.

Patience, confidence and hard work can bring the glory of triumph. And finally, the happiness will be just an attachment. To be patient, one has to make himself be able to resist all temptations, To be confident, one must realize that he is unique and that his world will be null if he does not do anything valuable. To be hard-working, one should be able to ignore the entire world except his own career, of course, in an appropriate period of time.

By considering many aspects of happiness, I have to admit that happiness is like the endless beautiful plain, which you should only be at the top of the mountain to see it as a whole.

China’s crazy plan for using this number to expand the need for purchasing is a gamble. Instead, the government was right thinking about how to restrict the mortgage and the price for real-estates 2 months ago while they want to change their idea sharply and suddenly.

4 thousand billion RMB is not a small number for any serious governments or bureaus. Predictably, more and more basic instruments and projects such as railways and skyscrapers. Actually, not very many citizens or provincials will or be able to use such facilities because their payments are increasing incredibly slowly. It seems that our government is eager to make “promises” to us and is showing its real administrative centralization by showing off their ways. The international society is now criticizing the biggest terrorism is financial crisis erupted in 2007 from USA and it soon spread to all of the world.  It is a wise reaction that more politicians are exchanging their thoughts and even theories to rescue the world and one of their thoughts is to spend money conducted by governments.

I confess that my nation seems to be immune to this crisis because of its “policy” and I am proud that China can also expand and improve her reputation and power to such an extent of maximum before the agreement is done which seems impossible for now.

The question that I am wondering is now clearer. It’s said that EU has different opinions on whether to have a plain like US as bailout. However, the French president agreed with the idea that the European areas have to conduct a financial rescue plan for billions of euros while the German Chancellor objected any kind of such action. These symptoms European has may be a big problem for the Union of Europe. Bankruptcies and the downturn of real estates are afflicting the Continent and other parts of Europe such as British and Iceland. Iceland wants to borrow money from Russia to prevent itself from “a national bankruptcy”. It seems ironic that a NATO country which is seeking help from Russia will be sued by Great Britain, another NATO country, because of the loss of interests of many Britain depositors for Iceland.

Doubts like that have been early delivered and the crisis has been observed inside Euro early this week. The mass in Europe is in a mess, for most of them are worrying for their properties and real estates. The optimists are estimating that this crisis cannot be spread to Europe as serious as US because Europe is “immune”. No reason proves this.

It is also worth questioning that why the rescue action of Europe is a little behind US. It seems that Europe hasn’t been determined to show out a plan which can control this crisis in the circle of whole Europe. Maybe never.
